Job transfer feature enables you to transfer a job from it's current case to another case. This is not intended to transfer jobs from another LDMax Customer. Kindly see below screen shot where to access this inside case screen:

Figure 2. By typing at least 2 numbers, it will automatically give you some lists of possible valid job number matches. You should make sure that you choose only a job number by clicking on the list result below. You will also noticed that upon choosing a job number, it will go directly to the "Job No." textbox with red asterisk on it.
