Combined Affidavit, Dynaform, and Scanned Docs Emailing

This feature will allow the user to send an email that include the three (Aff, Dynaform, and Scanned or Attached Docs). You can use this feature in the case screen -> viewdocs page.

How to use:
1.) In the case screen, click the document icon beside the job number and the job type.


2.) Once you are redirected on the viewdoc screen, click on the checkbox above the destination job to display the options for email selected docs feature.


3.) Upon clicking the checkbox, you can see the below additional options to the viewdoc screen. On the first option, it is where you will email the selected docs above. Each checkbox (Ex. Client, Secretary, Server, etc.) has their corresponding email to where they are going to be sent aside from the other in which you are going to add or input a valid email address. The second option is the Form, this is where you select the dynaform. The third options, are optional options like additional message, record status, and include job in status.

4.) When everything is set, just click the button Send Docs Now. Once the system will detect that no scanned doc has been selected, it will display an error message else it will say Result: OK when sent. See below screenshots...



You can configure this emailing under Config->Emails->
Combined Affidavit, Dynaform, and Scanned Docs Email Configuration. In the custom email configuration, it has the following additional three unique fields that users can use:
 1.) 
DOCUMENT_DYNALINK - This field will give you a Click Here link that will display a selected Dynaform.
 2.) 
DOCUMENT_AFFLINK - This field will display the assigned affidavit of that job.
 3.) 
SCANNED_DOCS - This field will display a tabular list of record containing all the attached docs of a certain job. Just like any other job based field, this field should be under/inclosed by .
